Summary

Manage complex tasks and conduct analytical studies, interpreting policy and improving processes within a federal environment.

This role involves managing complex tasks and conducting analytical studies within a federal framework, with potential for advancement from a GS-11 to a GS-12 level.

*Qualifications by Grade Level:**

*GS-11 Level:**
**Experience:** One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-9) demonstrating:

* Managing multiple complex and diverse tasks simultaneously through to completion. * Performing analytical and evaluative procedures (e.g., fact-finding, task analysis) to obtain relevant information for staff actions.

**Education:** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (LL.M. if related).
**Combination:** A mix of qualifying education and experience meeting 100% of the requirements.

*GS-12 Level:**
**Experience:** One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-11) demonstrating:

* Independently managing and completing multiple complex and diverse compliance or policy tasks. * Conducting and leading analytical and evaluative studies, interpreting laws, regulations, and policies. * Developing recommendations and solutions to improve compliance processes or program effectiveness.
