Communications Sr. Associate

The Communications Senior Associate develops and executes multi-channel communication plans for internal and external stakeholders at a leading global professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic communication planning: Partner with leaders to develop and align communication strategies and tactics for assigned industries/initiatives, ensuring alignment with firm objectives.
• Drive content creation and management: Write, edit, and develop compelling content for various channels including intranet, webcasts, social media, and websites. Coordinate logistics and publish content efficiently.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Work with public affairs, marketing, thought leadership, and external agencies to integrate communications, support media relations, and disseminate thought leadership.
• Enhance stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships, coach internal stakeholders on effective messaging, and contribute to communication team improvements.
• Monitor and optimize performance: Implement processes to monitor content flow, quality, and engagement; develop and utilize templates/toolkits for consistent messaging.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or Journalism.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of corporate communications experience, with demonstrated success in achieving business results through communications; ability to learn new subject areas quickly.
• Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Attributes: Highly collaborative with strong presentation and communication skills; ability to coach stakeholders in developing compelling messaging.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Experience with Dynamic Signal, SharePoint, or Yammer.

Compensation:

• Annual Salary Range: $77,700 - $128,200, plus discretionary bonus.
