  • **Operational Skills:** Demonstrate average manual dexterity for computer operation and extended phone use.
  • **Emergency Response Readiness:**
* Walk unaided at a normal pace for up to 5 minutes, maintaining balance. * Jog/fast walk up to ¼ mile. * Administer CPR and emergency care from standing or kneeling positions.
  • **Physical Assistance:** Provide substantial physical assistance (e.g., lifting, dragging, carrying) to sick, injured, or aging individuals, including staff and non-citizens, who may weigh significantly more than oneself.
