Business Operations Specialist

This role supports program management through detailed analysis, strategic recommendations, and diligent oversight of contract performance to achieve operational efficiency and cost savings.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct requirement analysis, independent government cost estimates, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations to management, offering predictive advice for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with program management offices to identify program needs and monitor contract parameters (cost, schedule, performance).
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives, focusing on achieving cost savings and efficiencies.
• *Qualifications:**
• One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent. This experience must include:

* Developing requirement analyses, government cost estimates, and cost-benefit analyses. * Formulating recommendations and providing strategic advice for operational problem-solving. * Coordinating program needs and monitoring contract cost, schedule, and performance. * Ensuring timely and effective execution of events to achieve cost savings and efficiencies.
