Drive AWS ProServe go-to-market strategies, accelerating revenue and customer outcomes in application modernization and Amazon Connect CX solutions.
Join AWS as a ProServe Business Development Executive, a pivotal role driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate billable bookings, boost revenue, and enhance customer business outcomes. This position focuses on application modernization and leveraging Amazon Connect to deliver exceptional customer experience (CX) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve AWS's application modernization value proposition and engagement mechanisms.
- Lead cross-functional and remote teams to guide customers through their application modernization journey.
- Identify opportunities and create compelling proposals that showcase AWS's value in achieving business outcomes.
- Design and implement global GTM elements, including consultative workshops, reference materials, and partner engagements.
- Build qualification and training programs for field and partner resources to ensure successful customer implementations.
- Act as an AWS thought leader, conducting customer briefings and presenting at industry events.
- Proactively generate demand and build pipeline through outbound activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate complex deals, often involving cross-functional and external partnerships.
- Drive large-scale, AWS-wide growth initiatives.
- Specialize in Amazon Connect CX solutions, helping customers improve contact center operations, omnichannel engagement, and Agentic AI capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- 7+ years of professional or military experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing organizational strategies with measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a founder, executive, practice leader, or business unit owner in related segments.
- Proven track record selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
- Experience in Contact Center Technical or Operational roles, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
