Summary
ProServe Business Development Executive drives GTM strategies and application modernization for AWS enterprise customers, accelerating revenue and outcomes.
As a ProServe Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in building, scaling, and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate AWS Professional Services (ProServe) billable bookings, drive revenue, and enhance customer business outcomes. This role acts as a force multiplier for field sellers, collaborating across multiple teams to drive measurable business impact, particularly focusing on application modernization.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and evolve AWS's application modernization value propositions and engagement mechanisms.
- Lead direct and cross-functional teams to help customers initiate and navigate their application modernization journeys, retiring legacy application debt.
- Identify opportunities and build compelling proposals to showcase business value from application modernization.
- Develop global mechanisms for GTM elements, including consultative workshops, reference materials, and partner engagements.
- Create qualification and training approaches to empower field and partner resources in achieving customer business outcomes.
- Conduct customer briefings, present at industry events, and further AWS thought leadership.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- 7+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing complex business agreements.
- 7+ years of professional or military experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing organizational strategies with measurable business outcomes.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience as a founder or executive in related segments, or as a practice leader/business unit owner.
- Proven experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
- Background in Contact Center Technical or Operational roles, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
