Budget Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced professional for a GS-14 level position focused on financial program management. This role requires robust expertise in developing, executing, and overseeing large program financial plans and budgets.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop, execute, and oversee large program financial and spend plans.
• Gather, document, refine, and oversee budget and financial plan requirements.
• Provide guidance and oversight of budgetary and financial management to personnel.
• Utilize financial and management tools for planning, evaluation, and control.
• Conduct financial program management and analytical/evaluation activities.
• *Requirements:**
• **Experience:** 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level, performing duties as outlined above.
• **Background Investigation:** Successful completion of a thorough background investigation by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is mandatory.
• **Residency:** Must have physically resided in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years, unless an exception applies.
