Summary
Seeking a GS-14 Financial Program Manager to oversee large-scale financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for government programs.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional for a GS-14 level position focused on financial program management. This role requires robust expertise in developing, executing, and overseeing large program financial plans and budgets.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, execute, and oversee large program financial and spend plans.
- Gather, document, refine, and oversee budget and financial plan requirements.
- Provide guidance and oversight of budgetary and financial management to personnel.
- Utilize financial and management tools for planning, evaluation, and control.
- Conduct financial program management and analytical/evaluation activities.
- *Requirements:**
- **Experience:** 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level, performing duties as outlined above.
- **Background Investigation:** Successful completion of a thorough background investigation by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is mandatory.
- **Residency:** Must have physically resided in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years, unless an exception applies.
