Summary
Federal GS-14 Budget Analyst for independent rent budget formulation, policy interpretation, and program planning.
We are seeking a highly skilled and independent GS-14 professional to manage critical financial operations. This role focuses on rent budget formulation, policy interpretation, and comprehensive program planning.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Independently plan, organize, and execute substantive budget formulation and reporting for rent.
- Provide authoritative interpretations of congressional legislation and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) policies concerning rent budget guidance.
- Perform a full range of program planning functions, contributing to budget execution and baseline reviews.
- *Requirements:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level, demonstrating the ability to perform the core responsibilities outlined above. (Volunteer experience counts toward qualification).
- **Federal Eligibility:** Must meet all federal qualification standards and Time-in-Grade requirements by October 27, 2025.
- **Background Investigation:** Successful completion of a thorough background investigation is mandatory for this federal law enforcement agency position.
- **Residency:** Physically resided in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. Exceptions may apply for U.S. government-related service.
- **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
