Summary

Seeking a highly competent legal executive to drive efficiency and uphold the rule of law within a federal agency.

Seeking a highly capable legal executive to enhance the efficiency and uphold the legal framework of the Federal government, particularly within defense sectors.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Analyze and organize complex factual and legal matters for clear oral and written presentations.
  • Provide expert legal counsel, demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and effective client relationships.
  • Specialize in diverse areas of federal law, including environmental, real estate, installation management, business and commercial, federal employment, fiscal, intellectual property, and associated litigation.
  • Apply deep knowledge of Department of the Navy (DON) and Department of Defense (DoD) organizational relationships, missions, and procedures.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • *Technical Qualifications (TQs):**
  • Proven ability to analyze and effectively present complex legal and factual issues.
  • Demonstrated professional competence through sound judgment, initiative, and strong client relationships.
  • Extensive experience in key substantive legal areas, especially environmental and natural resources law, real estate, installation management, energy, safety, and cultural resource preservation laws.
  • Familiarity with DON and DoD operational structures and policies.
