## Senior Executive Service (SES) Leader - Federal Government

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of military weapon systems, materiel, and infrastructure, including design, development, acquisition, storage, movement, distribution, maintenance, sustainment, construction, restoration, and disposition.
  • Implement advanced business management principles to achieve operational excellence and strategic objectives.
  • Strategically manage resources, optimize budgets, reduce waste, and drive efficiency through process and technological advancements.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability to meet organizational vision, mission, and goals.
  • Ensure all operations and decisions align with the U.S. Constitution and foundational American principles.
### Required Qualifications:

  • *Technical Qualifications (TQs):**
  • **Military Logistics Expertise:** Comprehensive knowledge of military installations and logistics across all stages (design, acquisition, maintenance, disposition).
  • **Business Management Acumen:** Demonstrated proficiency in executing sound business management principles.
  • *Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):**
  • **Commitment to Founding Principles:** Deep understanding of the American system of government, commitment to the Constitution, rule of law, and public service.
  • **Driving Efficiency:** Proven ability to strategically manage resources, budget effectively, reduce wasteful spending, and implement process/technological upgrades.
  • **Merit and Competence:** Track record of producing exceptionally high-quality and reliable work through strong technical competence.
  • **Leading People:** Capacity to inspire and guide teams toward organizational goals, foster a high-performance, high-accountability culture, and manage change effectively.
  • **Achieving Results:** Demonstrated ability to achieve significant individual and organizational outcomes, aligning results with strategic objectives.
### Education & Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is highly desired.
  • A Master's or advanced degree in business, management, or a related field is highly desired.
  • Both paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
