Summary
Lead a complex federal integrity and security program, leveraging senior executive experience in law enforcement and efficient management.
We are seeking a highly experienced and principled leader for a Senior Executive Service (SES) role, overseeing a critical integrity and security program within the Federal government. This position requires a strong commitment to public service, the U.S. Constitution, and upholding the rule of law.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a large, complex integrity and security program.
- Apply expert knowledge of law enforcement, criminal investigations, and relevant integrity/security laws, rules, and regulations.
- Drive efficiency through strategic resource management, effective budgeting, and process improvements.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Achieve significant individual and organizational results aligned with strategic objectives.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Senior Executive Experience:** Demonstrated progressively responsible leadership experience indicative of senior executive managerial capability (equivalent to Federal GS-15 or higher in public or private sectors).
- **Technical Qualification (TQ 1):** Proven knowledge and accomplishments in law enforcement, criminal investigations, and integrity/security laws, rules, regulations, and procedures to successfully lead a large program.
- **Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):**
