Summary

Drive AWS enterprise pipeline growth by designing and executing strategic, multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.

  • *Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers.** This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives. You will own the end-to-end execution of territory ABM programs, developing data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. Your work will combine strategic planning with direct implementation to achieve measurable business impact.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design, execute, and optimize strategic 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs, including partner marketing, events, digital, and direct initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams, translating account priorities into effective marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Drive operational excellence, manage program budgets effectively, and track/report on performance.
  • Collaborate with the global ABM community to share learnings and best practices.
  • *Basic Qualifications:**
  • 5+ years of professional experience building and executing marketing programs in a SaaS/B2B company.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel or Tableau (e.g., pivot tables, charts).
  • 3+ years of ISV experience in data, security, or AI.
  • Experience in a B2B high-tech products/services environment.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • MBA.
  • 7+ years of experience developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
  • Experience with dedicated ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and advanced marketing analytics tools.
