Summary

Drive enterprise pipeline and revenue by designing and executing strategic, data-driven Account-Based Marketing programs for AWS.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers within a designated field territory. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives, accelerating pipeline and revenue growth.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design and execute territory-specific 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns aligned with global frameworks to drive business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs.
  • Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Create and implement multi-channel programs (events, digital, direct) delivering personalized customer experiences.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts.
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices.
  • Track, report, and optimize program performance, utilizing data to scale successful approaches.
  • Manage program budgets effectively, maximizing impact while demonstrating frugality.
  • Collaborate with the global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices.
  • *Basic Qualifications:**
  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience with data manipulation, charts, and pivot tables in Excel or Tableau.
  • Proven experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, specifically with high-tech products/services.
  • Proficiency using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • MBA.
  • Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and marketing analytics tools.
  • 7+ years of experience developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
