Summary

Experienced Windows Administrator needed onsite in D.C. for advanced Windows 11, EntraID, PowerShell, and virtualization support.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windows Administrator to join our team in Washington, D.C. This role demands deep expertise in Windows environments, focusing on advanced troubleshooting and escalation ticket resolution.

*Key Responsibilities:**
Provide expert Windows administration, specifically for Windows 11.
Perform debugging and scripting using PowerShell.
Manage EntraID/Azure AD, including Single Sign-On (SSO), login issue resolution, and group policy management.
Administer and troubleshoot virtual environments, including Microsoft 365, XenDesktop, SCCM, and Intune.
Handle advanced Windows troubleshooting for escalated support tickets.

*Required Qualifications:**
In-depth knowledge of Windows administration, with essential Windows 11 experience.
Proven experience with PowerShell for debugging and scripting.
Strong expertise in EntraID/Azure AD, including SSO, login fixes, and group policy application.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as Microsoft 365, XenDesktop, SCCM, and Intune.
Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex Windows issues.
Must be local to Washington, D.C., and available for onsite work 4 days a week.
