## Senior Web Developer / Lead Experience Designer

We are seeking a creative and user-centric Senior Web Developer/Lead Experience Designer to lead the creation of intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. This role involves overseeing the full spectrum of the digital creative process while partnering with product managers and guiding Agile teams for large-scale projects.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design, and front-end development.
• Collaborate with product managers to align design with client vision and user needs.
• Guide an Agile team to develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences.
• Utilize UI and development expertise to prioritize and advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.
• Maintain a strong focus on end-user needs throughout the design lifecycle.

### Required Qualifications:

• Experience in visual design, User Experience Design (UX), User Interface Design (UI), UI Prototyping, Web Design, and Web Development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Front End Architecture, InVision, and Sketch.
• Experience delivering, supporting, and marketing design components for communications strategies, particularly to the federal government.
• Demonstrated experience with the full digital creative process (user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design).
• Strong knowledge of front-end development.
• Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continuous client delivery.
• **Clearance:** TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience working directly with clients.
• Experience with brand development and creating infographics.
• Knowledge of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards.
• Knowledge of Section 508 compliance.
