• Assess customer information requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of existing content management initiatives.
• Develop and recommend efficient processes and solutions for web content delivery.
• Apply technical knowledge of information technology products to ensure content strategies are compatible with ongoing knowledge management goals.
• *Required Experience:**
• One year of specialized experience demonstrating expertise in:

* Assessing customer information requirements. * Evaluating content management initiatives. * Recommending web content delivery processes/solutions. * Using technical IT knowledge to align content with knowledge management strategies.

• All qualifying experience, including paid, unpaid, and volunteer work (e.g., National Service programs), is fully creditable.
