Summary
Analyze WMD/CBRN programs, apply hazard modeling, and provide crisis response guidance using IT and meteorological expertise.
This role supports critical programs focused on Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) hazards. We are seeking an analytical professional to contribute to planning, training, and crisis response activities.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of WMD/CBRN HAZMAT laws, regulations, and policies.
- Utilize analytical and evaluative skills in information technology and meteorology, with a deep understanding of chemical, biological, and radiological compounds.
- Operate complex hazard modeling software to provide technical guidance during hazardous material atmospheric releases.
- Analyze and display critical data using computer applications during crisis events or situations.
- Conduct studies, analyze program findings, and recommend improvements for WMD Modeling and Meteorological Programs.
- Apply analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to measure and enhance program effectiveness and organizational productivity.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Demonstrated specialized experience applying WMD/CBRN laws and regulations, utilizing hazard modeling software, performing data analysis during crises, and conducting program evaluations.
- **Education:**
- **Skills:** Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in relevant computer-based applications for data analysis and display. Deep understanding of chemical, biological, and radiological compounds.
