Vice President, Development

As the Vice President of Development at StriveTogether, you will play a critical leadership role in fueling a national approach to advancing economic mobility for every child. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, you will drive the strategy and execution of development and revenue growth efforts, including cultivating new and existing funders, creating funder collaboratives, increasing earned revenue, supporting network expansion, and increasing usage of the StriveTogether Training Hub. You will serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, helping translate complex priorities into fundable, mission-aligned opportunities. Managing a team, you will oversee investments and revenue generating strategies, working closely with internal partners to align revenue generation with the organization's strategic plan. This role is ideal for a systems thinker and relationship builder who can scale initiatives across a complex organization while building long-term partnerships and sustainable revenue.
