## UX Strategist

Are you passionate about transforming how users interact with web applications? We are seeking a creative UX Strategist to champion the user experience, translating needs into effective design solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring digital products are intuitive, accessible, and meet both user and client objectives.

### Key Responsibilities:

• **User Advocacy:** Act as the voice of the user, deeply understanding their needs and advocating for design-centered improvements.
• **Research & Insights:** Conduct comprehensive user research (qualitative and quantitative) and translate findings into actionable insights.
• **Design & Prototyping:** Lead efforts in information architecture, rapid prototyping, interface design, and usability testing across the full digital creative process.
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with UX designers, product managers, product owners, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• **Implementation:** Drive the integration and continuous refinement of design solutions, keeping the end-user at the forefront.

### Required Qualifications:

• **Education:** Bachelor's degree.
• **Experience:**

* 3+ years creating and improving user-centered design solutions for applications. * 3+ years with diverse user research methodologies. * 3+ years designing wireframes, concepts (low/high-res), and functional prototypes. * 3+ years working with SharePoint.

• **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of information architecture and 508 compliance accessibility design principles.
• **Soft Skills:** Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and liaise between technical and client stakeholders.
• **Citizenship:** U.S. Citizenship is required.

### Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SharePoint Online development (Power Automate, PowerApps, Forms) and Office 365 migrations.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in content creation, planning, and translating concepts into digital communication products.
• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification.
