## UX Designer

Gunnison Consulting Group is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our hybrid agile development team, focusing on creating intuitive and accessible digital experiences.

• *Location:** Hybrid, with occasional on-site work in Capitol Hill, DC.
• *Salary:** $90,000 - $96,000 annually.
• *Clearance:** Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Translate stakeholder needs and user goals into effective design solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze user requirements.
• Design and implement accessible, user-centered experiences for web applications.
• Create interactive wireframes, mockups, and style guides.
• Manage design reviews, resource planning, and project execution for application and service design.
• Facilitate design sprints, workshops, and co-creation sessions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

### Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design practices.
• Proficiency in human-centered design, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
• Expertise in creating personas, user flows, user/journey mapping, storyboarding, and wireframing.
• Fluency with common visual design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical related discipline or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency is required.
