## Lead UX/Front-End Developer (Contract/Full-Time)

• *Salary:** $140,000 - $160,000 per year

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead UX/Front-End Developer to drive the creation of modern, device-agnostic web products. This role involves leading development teams, translating user research into functional interfaces, and ensuring exceptional user experiences.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop web-based products utilizing clean programming languages, modern cloud technologies, front-end frameworks, and design systems.
• Maintain high standards for coding, design, navigation, usability, and accessibility across all digital products.
• Translate user research and design recommendations into usable components and intuitive interfaces.
• Develop reusable components that ensure seamless, visually appealing, and easy-to-navigate experiences.
• Conduct research and integrate emerging front-end development trends and best practices into product development.

### Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience performing UX Developer functions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard front-end development languages, modern cloud-based technologies, front-end frameworks, accessibility, and design systems.
• Proven ability to lead development efforts on multiple products of moderate size and complexity simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product teams (designers, developers, product managers), users, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure technical solutions support user and business needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
