Join our team as a Mid-level User Experience Designer to research, design, and prototype intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build design systems, improve user experience across web platforms, and solve complex challenges, consistently advocating for the end-user.

• *You Have:**
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or visual communications.
• 2+ years developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
• Proven experience formatting data into concise and visually appealing layouts.
• Proficiency in working with design systems to maintain application consistency.
• Knowledge of accessibility design principles for 508 compliance.
• Familiarity with human-centered design methodology or design thinking principles.
• Ability to create and improve design solutions based on user-centered design techniques.
• An excellent portfolio showcasing broad design expertise with relevant examples or artifacts.
• **Required:** Secret clearance.
• **Required:** Bachelor's degree.
• *Nice If You Have:**
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience interacting with clients when preparing infographics and data visualization products.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to collaborate with product owners and act as a liaison between technical teams and clients to establish common requirements and design understanding.
• Skills in demonstrating and presenting designs and key milestones to peers and stakeholders.
