Job Description

Summary

Lead UI/UX SharePoint and Power Platform projects for DoD clients, designing user-centered solutions for records management and automation.

We are seeking a UI/UX SharePoint Project Manager to lead critical IT initiatives within secure DoD environments. In this client-facing role, you will drive mission success by translating stakeholder requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions that streamline records management and enhance operational efficiency.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead IT projects, gathering and translating requirements into user-centered SharePoint solutions.
  • Manage SharePoint site administration, custom development, and content management.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate workflows and visualize data.
  • Apply UI/UX principles to design seamless interfaces and dashboards.
  • Synthesize user feedback, implement process improvements, and provide hands-on training for increased adoption.
  • Ensure solutions meet federal records management requirements within a dynamic environment.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • 5+ years of experience in DoD IT project management.
  • 5+ years of experience with SharePoint site administration, custom development, and content management.
  • Demonstrated experience in UI/UX and designing intuitive interfaces.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, implement process improvements, and apply lessons learned.
  • Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Purview frameworks.
  • Ability to translate user needs into custom solutions (web parts, forms, dashboards).
  • Ability to train and support end-users.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Active Secret clearance is required.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • 5+ years of experience building out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions using Power Platform.
  • Experience crafting custom Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Experience in front-end or back-end SharePoint development.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Experience working with the Navy.
  • Knowledge of commercial architecture, cloud records management systems, and federal records management requirements.
  • *Compensation:**
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
