• *Mandatory Qualifications:**
• J.D. Degree (or equivalent)
• Active Bar Member in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)
• U.S. Citizen
• Minimum 1 year post-J.D. legal or relevant experience
• *Experience Requirements by Grade Level:**
• GS-12: 1+ year post-J.D.
• GS-13: 1.5+ years post-J.D.
• GS-14: 2.5+ years post-J.D.
• GS-15: 4+ years post-J.D.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated good judgment
• Trial work experience
• Judicial clerkship experience
