Summary
Seeking a licensed attorney with a JD and specific post-JD legal experience for a dynamic administrative and workers' compensation role.
We are seeking a highly capable attorney to manage diverse legal assignments, ensuring timely, well-supported outcomes in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent.
- Licensed and authorized to practice law in any U.S. State, Territory, or the District of Columbia.
- Active member of the Bar in good standing.
- *Required Post-JD Legal Experience:**
- **GS-13:** Minimum 1.5 years
- **GS-14:** Minimum 2.5 years
- **GS-15:** Minimum 4 years
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience or interest in administrative law, workers' compensation systems, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines effectively.
- *Special Condition:**
- This position requires a mandatory 2-year trial period for federal employment evaluation.
