Summary
Seeking a U.S. Bar-admitted attorney with 1.5+ years of litigation experience for a federal legal role.
We are seeking highly qualified attorneys to perform complex legal analysis and litigation within a federal setting. This role involves significant independent legal work and leadership in civil or criminal litigation.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Independently conduct legal analysis and research.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and other court documents for unique and difficult legal issues.
- Manage and conduct highly complex civil or criminal litigation.
- Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, take/defend depositions, develop expert witness testimony, and try cases.
- Lead and supervise paralegals and support staff.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree (or equivalent) from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction).
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Minimum Post-J.D
Legal or Relevant Experience:
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Outstanding advocacy and legal writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting/arguing motions, handling discovery, taking/defending depositions, developing expert testimony, and trying cases.
