Job Description

Summary

Seeking an experienced professional to assess, evaluate, and report on learning and development programs, requiring CG-11 level experience.

We are seeking a qualified professional to assess, analyze, and evaluate learning and development programs. This role also involves preparing and presenting management reports related to training courses and programs.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assess and analyze learning and development programs.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present management reports on training courses and programs.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the Federal CG-11 grade level.
  • Specialized experience must include: (1) Assessing and analyzing learning and development programs; (2) Evaluating training programs; and (3) Preparing and presenting management reports related to training.
  • Both paid and unpaid (volunteer) experience that aligns with these skills is fully credited.
