Job Description

Summary

Deliver financial education on personal finance and retirement plans, including content development and administrative support.

Join our team as a Training Specialist focused on financial education. This role involves developing and delivering essential training on personal finance and retirement planning, supported by administrative coordination.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and update engaging training content and materials on personal finance topics, 401(k) plans, and financial certifications.
  • Deliver effective training sessions and presentations to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Manage administrative aspects of training programs, including registration, participant surveys, evaluations, and material distribution.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • **Experience:**
* Minimum one year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-07 federal level) directly assisting with or teaching financial topics, delivering presentations, and managing training logistics. * or demonstrable practical knowledge of the subject area and instructional techniques.
  • **Education:**
* Bachelor's degree in any field. * or a Master's or equivalent graduate degree (related to the position). * or two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (related to the position). * or an LL.B. or J.D. (if related to the position). * or a combination of qualifying experience and education.

  • *Preferred Skills (Quality Ranking Factor):**
  • Strong knowledge of principles, methods, practices, and techniques in retirement, 401(k), and defined contribution plans.
