Training Instructor

This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for law enforcement personnel, specifically criminal investigators and protective service operations.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Determine training requirements, including curriculum development and setting training standards for criminal investigators and protective service operations.
• Apply law enforcement procedures to develop training materials and courses for Criminal Investigations and Protective Service Operations.
• Analyze training evaluation and quality reports to ensure course validity and effectiveness.
• *Qualifications:**
• **Education:** Bachelor's or graduate degree in Education or a directly related subject, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating knowledge of instruction and subject matter.
• **Experience:**

* Proven experience in teaching, adult education, supervising training programs, developing/reviewing training materials, or regularly instructing others in a relevant field. * Minimum of one year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-11 level in federal service) specifically in: * Identifying training needs for law enforcement (criminal investigators/protective service operations). * Developing law enforcement-specific training content and courses. * Analyzing training evaluation and quality reports to determine course validity.
