Job Description
Summary
Lead and manage comprehensive training programs, overseeing development, delivery, compliance, and staff across dispersed sites.
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead and manage comprehensive training and development programs. This role involves strategic oversight, program delivery, compliance, and staff supervision across various operational sites.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the full lifecycle of organizational and staff development programs, including design, implementation, evaluation, and oversight.
- Direct and integrate diverse training projects, such as quality initiatives, peer support, video training, and instructor development.
- Coordinate and implement training programs efficiently across geographically dispersed locations.
- Ensure all training activities comply with relevant legislative acts and directives.
- Conduct ongoing program evaluations and utilize data-driven insights for continuous quality improvement of training effectiveness.
- Establish and nurture collaborative partnerships with governmental, academic, and private sector entities to enhance training operations.
- Supervise staff, encompassing performance evaluation, work assignment, grievance resolution, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-13 level (or comparable senior professional role) demonstrating proficiency in at least five of the seven key responsibilities listed above.
