Job Description

Summary

Lead and manage comprehensive training programs, overseeing development, delivery, compliance, and staff across dispersed sites.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead and manage comprehensive training and development programs. This role involves strategic oversight, program delivery, compliance, and staff supervision across various operational sites.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead the full lifecycle of organizational and staff development programs, including design, implementation, evaluation, and oversight.
  • Direct and integrate diverse training projects, such as quality initiatives, peer support, video training, and instructor development.
  • Coordinate and implement training programs efficiently across geographically dispersed locations.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with relevant legislative acts and directives.
  • Conduct ongoing program evaluations and utilize data-driven insights for continuous quality improvement of training effectiveness.
  • Establish and nurture collaborative partnerships with governmental, academic, and private sector entities to enhance training operations.
  • Supervise staff, encompassing performance evaluation, work assignment, grievance resolution, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • **Experience:** Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-13 level (or comparable senior professional role) demonstrating proficiency in at least five of the seven key responsibilities listed above.
  • **Individual Occupational Requirement (Choose ONE):**
* **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a directly related subject area. * **or** * **Specialized Experience:** Extensive experience demonstrating practical knowledge of instructional methods and the subject matter. This includes roles such as: teaching/instructing in adult, secondary, college, military, or industrial settings; supervising training programs; developing/evaluating training materials; or regularly training others in your field.
