Job Description

Summary

Expert in industrial base, trade, and national security investigations, advising senior leadership and developing analytical reports.

We are seeking a **GS-13 Industrial Base & National Security Expert** to provide critical analysis and strategic guidance.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Lead and conduct technical investigations in industrial base, trade, and national security, including Section 232 investigations or defense industrial base surveys.
  • Advise senior leadership on policy and program development to enhance U.S. industrial base health, trade competitiveness, and national security.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise analytical reports, assessments, data visualizations, and briefing papers.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, serving as a technical expert in industrial base, trade, or national security investigations.
  • Proven experience advising senior leadership on related policy or program direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written and visual analytical products.
