Total Force Management Director

We are seeking a Human Capital Management expert with at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level (Federal service) or comparable private/public sector experience.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Represent the organization as a Human Capital Management Subject Matter Expert (SME), advocating internally and externally.
• Lead and manage teams, setting goals, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
• Adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage resources, especially in challenging situations.
• Plan and execute work, meeting deadlines, and adhering to budget constraints.
• Collaborate with subordinates to contribute to overall management goals.
• Resolve complex civilian Human Capital Management challenges.
