Telecommunications Specialist (Cyber)

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement and manage optical telecommunications networks for enterprise-scale projects.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Evaluate, analyze, develop, manage, and enhance communications systems, procedures, and requirements.
• Stay current with developments and trends in communications concepts and technology.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• *Education:**
• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Telecommunications Management, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a closely related field.
• **or** Completion of advanced communications/electronics or automatic data processing (ADP) training from a technical institute, business school, or Armed Forces school.
• *Experience:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience demonstrating the competencies essential for immediate success in this role.
• **Mandatory:** This experience must include optical telecommunications network implementation on multiple enterprise-scale projects.
• Experience should be equivalent to work performed at a senior federal service level (e.g., GG-13/14 equivalent).
• All qualifications must be met within 30 days of the application closing date.
