Summary
Seeking a professional to evaluate, analyze, develop, and manage complex communication systems and requirements.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to evaluate, analyze, develop, manage, and improve complex communications systems and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of current communication concepts and technology trends.
- *Key Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, which includes evaluating, analyzing, developing, managing, or improving communication systems, procedures, and requirements.
- **Education (may substitute experience):**
- **Competencies:** Critical Thinking, Emergency Management, Project Management, Quality Management, Stakeholder Management, Technical Competence, Technical Credibility, Technical Problem Solving, and Telecommunications expertise.
- *Physical Requirements:** Primarily sedentary work in an office setting. Ability to dispose of classified material weighing less than 20 pounds. Some travel may be required.
- *Note:** Qualifying experience includes both paid and unpaid work.
