- *Key Requirements:**
- **Project Management Experience:** Minimum of one year managing projects through all lifecycle phases, demonstrating strong attention to detail, customer service, communication, and problem-solving. Experience must be equivalent to the next lower federal grade level.
- **Telecommunications Knowledge:** Basic understanding of telecommunications functions, problems, solutions, and current industry developments.
- **or Education:** Bachelor's or graduate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Management, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Physics, Public Utilities, Statistics, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- **Skills:** Demonstrated competencies for immediate success in project coordination and implementation.
