- *Qualifications:**
Candidates must meet ONE of the following:
- **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Telecommunications Management, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a closely related field.
- **or Specialized Experience:** Demonstrated experience managing or evaluating telecommunication requests for system changes (e.g., planning, recommending, or determining organizational, staffing, training, or budgetary requirements) and experience serving as a primary customer contact for problem resolution or information.
- *and**
- **Additional Experience:** At least one year of experience managing, evaluating, and analyzing telecommunication requests from customers/stakeholders to effectively address their needs, resolve problems, and ensure positive customer outcomes.
