Supv Management Analyst (Civilian Manpower)

This GS-13 level position (or equivalent outside Federal service) requires expertise in organizational analysis and resource management.

• *Key Responsibilities & Experience:**
• Develop, analyze, and recommend improvements for organizational structures.
• Establish controls for functional alignments within an agency.
• Optimize and manage manpower resource utilization.
• Requires a minimum of one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 level (or comparable if outside Federal service) in these areas.
