Supv IT Specialist (Infosec)

We are seeking a highly competent IT professional with demonstrated experience in critical information technology functions and specialized expertise in cybersecurity. This role requires a strong focus on detail, customer service, communication, and problem-solving, particularly within IT modernization initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities & Skills:**
• **Attention to Detail:** Meticulously review IT requests, user accounts, and compliance packages (e.g., RMF) to ensure accuracy and proper mitigation.
• **Customer Service:** Assess user needs, resolve IT-related issues, and identify improvements in IT application to business functions.
• **Oral Communication:** Effectively convey complex IT/cyber risks to C-suite executives and stakeholders, providing clear direction to teams.
• **Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve IT challenges, assess cyber risks, and recommend balanced mitigation strategies that maintain system security, policy compliance, and operational efficiency.
• *Required Experience:**
• **Minimum of one year** of IT-related experience (federal, private, or public sector) demonstrating the four competencies listed above.
• **One year of specialized experience** at the GS-13 grade level (or equivalent in private/public sector) demonstrating:

* Application of cybersecurity policy and planning concepts. * Support for the development of Software Design and Development. * Contribution to Enterprise Architecture for IT modernization plans.
