Supv IT Specialist (Custspt/Projmgt)

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead critical projects and deliver complex technical solutions. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

• *Key Responsibilities & Requirements:**
• **Attention to Detail:** Meticulously review IT work and data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
• **Customer Service:** Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, anticipating IT needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• **Oral Communication:** Effectively brief senior management and IT staff, translating complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
• **Problem Solving:** Identify and implement solutions for highly complex IT issues, proactively anticipating challenges and evaluating alternatives.
• *Qualifying Experience (GG-14 Level):**
• Minimum one year of experience demonstrating immediate success in a similar position.
• Leading IT professional teams in new workload onboarding for critical missions.
• Proven expertise in customer/partner engagement and conflict management.
• Strong project management skills, including balancing competing priorities, managing costs, schedules, and technical requirements simultaneously.
