Supv IT Program Manager (Plcypln)

Join our team as an IT Program & Project Specialist (GG-15 equivalent) to lead and manage critical technology initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, a customer focus, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to senior leadership.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT programs, projects, and initiatives.
• Prepare detailed synopses, reports, and analyses for senior leadership.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of IT work, including peer reviews.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships by anticipating and addressing IT needs with tailored solutions.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
• Identify and resolve highly complex or sensitive IT issues, proactively anticipating problems and evaluating solutions.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience at the GG-15 level (or equivalent) directly involving:

* Developing, implementing, and maintaining IT programs, projects, and initiatives and * Preparing related synopses, detailed reports, and/or analyses for senior leadership.

• Demonstrated proficiency in:

* **Attention to Detail:** Meticulously reviewing IT work for accuracy and consistency. * **Customer Service:** Building relationships and aligning IT solutions with customer needs. * **Oral Communication:** Effectively briefing senior management and conveying complex technical data. * **Problem Solving:** Identifying, evaluating, and implementing solutions for complex IT challenges.
