Summary
Lead cybersecurity training, policy interpretation, and threat mitigation, briefing senior leadership on IT security.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead cybersecurity training and policy initiatives, focusing on mitigating threats and vulnerabilities across the workforce. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead efforts to resolve cybersecurity training requirements and mitigate workforce threats and vulnerabilities.
- Manage tasks related to preparing, modifying, or interpreting policy documents.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations and briefs to senior managers on IT security matters.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Minimum one year of specialized experience demonstrating competencies for a GG-2210-14 level, specifically in leading cybersecurity training, policy interpretation, and threat mitigation.
- **Attention to Detail:** Proven ability to meticulously review IT-related work and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, including peer review.
- **Customer Service:** Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships, anticipate IT needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Oral Communication:** Exceptional skill in briefing senior management and IT staff, effectively translating complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
- **Problem Solving:** Expertise in identifying alternative solutions for unique or complex IT-related issues, anticipating problems, and evaluating potential information sources.
