## IT Specialist (Senior Level)

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to manage complex IT systems, ensure robust security, and deliver exceptional customer solutions.

### Key Responsibilities:

• **System Integrity:** Meticulously review IT work and data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with established standards.
• **Customer Engagement:** Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, anticipate IT needs, and identify/develop tailored technology solutions.
• **Technical Communication:** Effectively brief senior management and IT staff on system status and project updates, translating complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
• **Strategic Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve unique, highly complex, or sensitive IT-related issues, anticipating problems and evaluating alternative solutions.
• **Risk Management:** Apply risk management principles to understand cloud architectures, audits, and associated risks to provide informed recommendations and decisions.

### Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience demonstrating immediate success in a senior IT role.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies.
• Expertise in risk management processes, including methods for assessing and mitigating risk.
• Proven competencies in:
