Summary
Federal GS-14 HR Specialist needed for full life cycle civilian HR management, planning, and strategic forecasting.
This GS-14 Federal Service position requires significant expertise in Human Resources.
- *Key Requirements:**
- **Time-in-Grade:** Must have completed 52 weeks at the GS-13 level or higher in Federal Service.
- **Specialized Experience (GS-14):** A minimum of one year of experience equivalent to the GS-13 level, demonstrating the ability to manage the full life cycle of civilian Human Resources. This includes developing HR plans, strategies, services, and conducting both short-term and long-range forecasting for HR programs and activities.
- **Quality of Experience:** Candidates must possess a strong, relevant background, recent experience, applicable education, and training directly related to the position's duties.
- **Competencies:** Clearly demonstrate necessary competencies for this role within your resume.
