Support Services Specialist

Join our team as a dedicated professional to manage and oversee critical agency-level programs. This role focuses on property, facilities, space management, and environmental health and safety, requiring expertise in policy development, budget oversight, and external coordination.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for property, facilities, space management, and environmental health and safety.
• Coordinate and resolve complex issues involving property and facilities across the agency.
• Manage facility support services, coordinating with external customers and representatives.
• Prepare budget justifications and monitor the execution of facility-related budgets.
• Analyze and coordinate budget estimates for rent and security bills from federal agencies and military installations.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in initiating and implementing policies for property, facilities, space, and environmental health and safety at an agency level.
• Proven ability to coordinate facility support services with external stakeholders.
• Experience in developing budget justifications and monitoring budget execution for facility costs.
• Proficiency in analyzing and coordinating budget estimates for rent and security invoices.
