- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and reconcile credit card statements with financial management system orders.
- Evaluate cost estimates, comparing them against established budget and funding levels.
- Monitor supply system processes to ensure strict compliance with agency goals and critical deadlines.
- Resolve conventional inventory management problems and situations within supply operations.
- Plan, prioritize, and schedule work assignments for team members.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience comparable to the GS-09 level in federal service, demonstrating proficiency in at least three of the key responsibilities listed above.
- **or** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or at least 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (e.g., LL.M.) in a field directly related to this position.
- **or** An equivalent combination of specialized experience and relevant higher-level graduate education.
