Supervisory Support Services Specialist

This leadership role involves providing comprehensive management advisory services and oversight for an organization's space and facilities operations. We seek a proactive professional to strategically manage support programs, resolve complex issues, and lead a dedicated team.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide expert management advisory services for support operations programs, including building management, maintenance, physical security, safety, lease terms, furniture, and IT equipment.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and alternative solutions to senior management for complex space and facilities challenges.
• Utilize facilities management systems for data entry, analysis, reporting, ensuring data integrity, and improving operational efficiency.
• Lead and supervise a workforce of support specialists in space and facilities management.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience at a senior level (e.g., GS-13 equivalent), providing comprehensive management advisory services in space and facilities management.
• Proven experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations for complex facilities issues to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in utilizing facilities management systems for data analysis, report generation, and enhancing work efficiency.
• Documented supervisory experience leading and managing a team of support specialists in facilities operations.
