### Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior leader, overseeing all aspects of supply chain management and logistics.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate operations to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage acquisition, purchasing, transportation, and distribution processes.
- Direct inventory management and control for all equipment.
- Supervise warehouse operations and related activities.
- Develop and manage budgets, including expenditure forecasting.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, including subordinate supervisors.
- Minimum of one year of specialized, senior-level experience in supply chain management.
- Proven expertise in acquisition, purchasing, transportation, distribution, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated experience in budget formulation and forecasting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex teams and programs effectively.
- Competence in problem-solving, strategic planning, and human resource management.
- Ability to conduct site visits for quality reviews, potentially involving standing, walking, and navigating industrial environments.
- Occasional travel required.
