Supervisory Security Specialist

This leadership role at the GS-14 level focuses on developing and managing critical anti-terrorism/force protection programs.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for anti-terrorism/force protection initiatives.
• Design and deliver organizational development and exercise training specific to anti-terrorism/force protection.
• Supervise staff, overseeing work assignments, managing performance, and resolving personnel matters.
• *Qualifications (GS-14):**

Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (or comparable private sector experience) demonstrating the ability to:

• Establish anti-terrorism/force protection policies and procedures.
• Provide organizational development and exercise training for anti-terrorism/force protection programs.
• Effectively supervise staff, including assigning work, managing performance, and addressing personnel issues.
• *Note on Experience:** Both paid and unpaid/volunteer experience, including through National Service programs, will be credited.
