Job Description
Summary
Lead anti-terrorism/force protection programs, developing policies, providing training, and supervising staff at the GS-14 level.
This leadership role at the GS-14 level focuses on developing and managing critical anti-terrorism/force protection programs.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for anti-terrorism/force protection initiatives.
- Design and deliver organizational development and exercise training specific to anti-terrorism/force protection.
- Supervise staff, overseeing work assignments, managing performance, and resolving personnel matters.
- *Qualifications (GS-14):**
Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (or comparable private sector experience) demonstrating the ability to:
- Establish anti-terrorism/force protection policies and procedures.
- Provide organizational development and exercise training for anti-terrorism/force protection programs.
- Effectively supervise staff, including assigning work, managing performance, and addressing personnel issues.
- *Note on Experience:** Both paid and unpaid/volunteer experience, including through National Service programs, will be credited.
