Supervisory Security Specialist

This challenging GS-14 level position seeks a highly experienced Security Program Manager. You will lead comprehensive security initiatives, establish robust risk management strategies, and oversee a dedicated team.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective risk assessment and mitigation.
• Manage and enhance agency-wide security programs and functions.
• Supervise and develop staff, including work assignment, performance management, and issue resolution.
• Provide expert advice on physical security policies and deliver briefings to senior leadership.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the federal service (or equivalent private sector experience), demonstrating proficiency in all the following:

* Establishing risk assessment and mitigation policies. * Managing security programs and functions. * Supervising staff (performance, assignments, issues). * Advising officials and briefing senior leadership on security matters.
