Summary
Seeking an experienced leader to manage global security programs, including policy development, budget, and team supervision.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and manage comprehensive global security programs. This federal position requires a seasoned individual capable of driving program excellence and leading a team.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement global security policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
- Formulate and manage executive budget plans for security programs.
- Research and integrate advanced security techniques to enhance program effectiveness.
- Perform full supervisory duties, including assigning work, setting goals, scheduling, evaluating performance, and conducting interviews.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-14 level, focused on developing and managing global security programs, executive budget planning, and team supervision.
- Demonstrated competency in leading and supervising security teams.
- Strong expertise in Program Security and Security Program Management.
- **Note:** This role requires specific experience; education cannot be substituted for the experience requirement.
- **For Federal Employees:** Must meet the 52-week 'Time in Grade' requirement at the GS-14 level or equivalent.
