Supervisory Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and manage comprehensive global security programs. This federal position requires a seasoned individual capable of driving program excellence and leading a team.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement global security policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
• Formulate and manage executive budget plans for security programs.
• Research and integrate advanced security techniques to enhance program effectiveness.
• Perform full supervisory duties, including assigning work, setting goals, scheduling, evaluating performance, and conducting interviews.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-14 level, focused on developing and managing global security programs, executive budget planning, and team supervision.
• Demonstrated competency in leading and supervising security teams.
• Strong expertise in Program Security and Security Program Management.
